How to Register

• Complete registration requires full payment and the relevant supporting documents.
Please be noted that the registration will not be processed without the receipt of the documentation.
-  Payment must be made in EUROS  
-  Accepted credit Card : Visa, Master cards, American Express.


Notification of Online Registration Process

A notification will be sent via email through the online registration system to confirm your application.  If you don’t receive it, please contact the Registration Office fabienne.zelmat@univ-tours.fr before you try to register again.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting documents and full payment of registration fees in the designated deadline will be altered as On-site registration by the secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

Participants may request the invitation letter from the IUS 2016 Secretariat (fabienne.zelmat@univ-tours.fr) . The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the IUS 2016 organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.

 On-site Registration

• The deadline for Online Registration is September 8, 2016.  All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.
• For On-site Registration, only payment via Cash (EUROS) and Credit Card (Visa, Master cards are accepted).
• The registration desk operating hours start on Saturday (September 17, 2016) at 6:00 pm till 8 pm. Staff will be ready to assist you with your onsite registration and any delegate query.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IUS 2016 Symposium Secretariat (fabienne.zelmat@univ-tours.fr). The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
• Before August. 17, 2016  Refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of 50 Euros
• After August. 17, 2016, 11.59pm (PST): No refund is applicable.
• Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
All refund will be processed 1 month after the congress has concluded.


Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the IUS 2016 reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The IUS 2016 Symposium Secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.


Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Symposium does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.

Note :

1. To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before August 12,2016
2. Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment
3. All payments must be made in EUROS
4. To be entitled to the Students and Members participants must upload a proof status
